In mid-September, Sofia’s vibrant cultural life kicked off: the 5th International Glass Biennale opened with nearly 200 works from 50 countries, including pieces by talented Hungarian artists. On the very same day, DA Fest 10 also began, featuring an exhibition of freshly graduated MOME students. The Sofia Music Weeks commemorated the 80th anniversary of Béla Bartók’s death, while the Haskovo Music Festival offered a special experience for jazz lovers with Hungarian and international performers. Literature enthusiasts were welcomed by the 14th Night of Literature, which showcased 22 books and invited participants into unique reading corners across the city.
