Spicy, rich and an extravaganza of different flavours, Hungary's unique cuisine might be already familiar to many of you. In partnership with The Rosemary Organic Hungarian Restaurant, we are inviting you to our Sweet Hungary workshop series to introduce our sweet side to you.
From the historical café houses of Budapest to our grandmothers' classic baking traditions, you will learn the tricks of Hungary's best desserts from experienced pastry chefs.
Take part in a two-hour hands-on culinary experience with insider information and stories about Hungarian cuisine, the origins of the desserts, customs and everyday life.
Our first pastry chef is Szabolcs Böszörményi. Szabolcs is a professional chef who gained experience at traditional Hungarian restaurants and has been working for the Rosemary since they opened their doors to the public.
