Jókai 200 - The legacy of Mór Jókai in the digital space

On the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the birth of Mór Jókai, the most read Hungarian novelist in the 19th century, the Public Collections Centre of the Hungarian National Museum created a selection of works from the collections of the MNM KK - Museum of Applied Arts, the Hungarian National Museum, the MNM KK - Hungarian Museum of Trade and Hospitality, the Hungarian Museum of Natural History, the National Széchényi Library, the Petőfi Literary Museum and the Semmelweis Medical History Museum freely accessible to the public on the 18th February 2025. The selection presents 200 works of art from the unique Jókai legacy.
