The University of Public Service in Budapest is now accepting applications for the Ludovika Fellowship Program, which provides an opportunity for internationally recognized foreign scholars to spend 1 to 3 months in Hungary. The selected fellows will engage in research, deliver lectures in English, and collaborate with university faculty to strengthen international academic cooperation.
The goal of the program is to support the internationalization of the university’s education and research, and to enhance its global visibility. Fellows are expected to conduct research, participate in BA, MA, or PhD-level teaching, and contribute to scientific output, including joint publications.
Eligible fields include: Political Sciences, Public Policy, International and European Studies, Security Studies, Law Enforcement, Military Sciences, and Water Diplomacy.

Requirements:
• Full proficiency in English
• Internationally recognized academic achievements
• Experience in higher education teaching
• Membership in international academic organizations

The fellowship must be completed between February 1 and December 31, 2025.
