Colours of Life. Contemporary Roma Art from Hungary

From the 23rd of November to 6th of February we are showing an exhibition Colours of Life in our institute's gallery. The exhibition features paintings in various genres by ten Hungarian artists with Roma background. The works on this colourful exhibition are from the collection of the Kugler Art Szalon in Budapest, curated by Edit Kőszegi, Artistic Director of the Kugler Art Gallery, and cultural anthropologist Péter Szuhay.
Participating artists are Márta Bada, János Balázs, Kitti Balázs, Balázs András Balogh, János Amigó Bogdán, Zoltán Botos, Noémi Farkas, Jolán Oláh, Teréz Orsós and Gyöngyi Rátczné Kalányos.
