On June 7, 2022, Dr Tamás Szili-Török, cardiologist, associate professor and clinical director of Erasmus Medical Center gave a lecture on ‘The present and future of robotic surgery in healthcare’ to the members of the Hungarian Scientific Club of the Netherlands.
Dr Tamás Szili-Török is one of the 250 doctors worldwide who use robotic technology in cardiovascular surgery. He is the author of hundreds of publications and co-founder of the Society for Cardiac Robotic Navigation.
The event at the Hungarian Embassy was attended by Hungarian scientists living in the Netherlands. The Hungarian Science Club with its regular meetings is an important venue for knowledge sharing, networking and encouraging cooperation between Hungarian and Dutch scientific institutions.
