Hungarian Concert and Exhibition at Stockholm Culture Night

The Hungarian Embassy in Stockholm, on April 26, 2025, opened its doors for the fourth time as part of the city's highly popular Culture Night (Kulturnatten), welcoming visitors with a variety of programs.

Inside the embassy, three successful, sold-out events celebrated Hungarian culture and talents. Balázs Fülei, head of the Chamber Music Department at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, together with his students, provided an unforgettable experience for the evening's guests. Works by Franz Liszt, Joseph Haydn, Johannes Brahms, and Antonín Dvořák were performed by members of the Trio Mikrokosmos: violinist Zsófia Fóris, cellist Boglárka Forgó, and pianist Áron Lescsinszky. Throughout the event, Balázs Fülei shared the history behind the compositions, bringing the music of bygone eras closer and making it more accessible to the audience.

In addition to the evening concert, the embassy organized an outdoor exhibition showcasing Hungary's musical, artistic, gastronomic, and cultural events and festivals. As part of the popular program series, this special event of the embassy once again attracted hundreds of Swedish visitors.
