In recent weeks, the programs organized and hosted in partnership with the Liszt Institute Bucharest have once again brought lively cultural presence to Romania. In Bucharest and Brăila, a series of events unfolded that introduced audiences to various layers of Hungarian art, gastronomy, and historical memory. In November, the 19th Hungarian Film Week in Bucharest took place, an event that has become one of the most important cinematic platforms for Hungarian-Romanian cultural dialogue. This was followed by the grand Bucharest premiere of the movie titled Bölöni – The Transylvanian Legend, and then by the exhibition Sweet Envoys, presented as part of the Vinum Hungaricum evenings, which showcased the traditions of Hungarian gastronomy in a fresh, experiential way. Closing the month, Brăila hosted the opening of the exhibition Long-Haul, a display of transportation history that brought the world of Danube River navigation to visitors.
